    We also like food... a lot! And not just eating it, but even more preparing it and experimenting with it. With all the superb and lovely ingredients that amazingly fertile Samos is giving us, we have cooked up some pretty original and delicious things!

    Experience our mouth-watering jams, jellies, fruit mousses and marmalades, prepared according to traditional and new recipes. All entirely hand-made with fresh, organic fruits & botanicals. No preservatives added!

    Olive Jam

    Our olive jam is like the caviar of jams. Very rare, very special and unbelievable delicate in taste! We only use first class Kalamon olives and our jam is one of the most versatile products we make. It goes great with savoury dishes, salads, cheeses and meat!

    Ingredients: Olea europaea Kalamon, Citrus limon, Malus domestica), water, raw sugarcane, Samian honey & herbs.

    Quince Jelly

    Quince Jelly

    We just love this traditional fruit, which is impossible to peel and uneatable when raw! Its exquisite and strong aroma reveals that the quince is related to the rose and once we have turned it in to a deep, ruby-coloured jelly it becomes everybody's favourite!

    Ingredients: Quince (Cydonia oblonga), water, wine, raw sugarcane, herbs.

    Apple Jelly

    In general making jellies is something we really like to do. Nothing beats capturing all the flavour of a fruit in this beautiful coloured, transparent and firm substance. Our apple jelly has a gorgeous amber colour and a fine taste that turns this popular fruit into a new culinary experience!

    Ingredients: Apple (Malus domestica), water, wine, raw sugarcane, herbs.

    Lemon Jelly

    Lemon Jelly

    Sweet and sour are all time favourites when it comes to taste and our Lemon jelly makes you realize again why! It happens to be so that Samos has the perfect conditions for citrus fruit to excel. The lemons we use are juicy, rich in flavour and produce a sunny golden jelly!

    Ingredients: Lemon (Citrus limon), Apple (Malus domestica), water, raw sugarcane, herbs.

    Apple Mousse

    Apple Mousse

    We don't know anybody that doesn't like apple mousse (or sauce or puree), but we needed the perfect recipe! We experimented as long as necessary to get a perfectly balanced mousse, which we did... Not too sweet, full in flavour and delicately seasoned to complement any meal.

    Ingredients: Apple (Malus domestica), water, raw sugarcane, herbs.

    Quince Mousse

    Quince Mousse

    When we prepare our mousse (or sauce or puree if you like) we just can't stop tasting. Our excuse is flavour control, but in reality we are just addicted. You will be too once you have tried the smooth, soft and rich Quince mousse of Pure Samos!

    Orange Marmelade

    Orange Marmelade

    We make our Orange Marmalade with oranges from the plains around the village of Mili. Citrus trees thrive here and the fruits are of the highest quality. With some Pure Samos magic we create a delicate and sweet marmalade to die for!
